Before we get into today’s episode, we must first discuss its origins. On October 30, 2023, I worked late into the evening to complete the first ALL REQUEST HALLOWEEN SPECIAL. The audio was recorded, tracks were chosen, and the editing was finished. I tried to export the show, and to my horror Adobe Audition crashed. I restarted the application and tried again. Same result, but this time I received an error message indicating that my voice-over file was corrupt. It took nearly an hour to record the voiceover and several hours to edit the episode. I was also in the midst of one of my busiest years ever, so I didn’t have the time or energy to do it all over again, so I informed my Patrons that the show would be postponed and rescheduled for this year! Thank goodness I have a wonderful community of patrons over there, they understand and waited patiently for the show to be done.
Fast forward almost 365 days, and here we are; everything has been re-recorded, re-edited, and… I am pleased to announce that the show has been successfully exported for you to enjoy today!
