Today you get to enjoy the third show programmed by one of our patrons from the CONDUCTOR TIER over at our Patreon page. In this tier, which is $10 USD ($14.50 CAN), donors get all of the benefits of lower tiers PLUS they earn the opportunity to program their very own personal one-hour(ish) show once a year. Don Mase, a fan of the show for the last couple of years, took advantage of this opportunity and this is the show that he put together for us to enjoy!
Here is how Don described the inspiration for the show.
For this playlist, I wanted to give some of my favorite video game music about equal time with the movies. And I leaned more toward sharing my very favorite tracks rather than attempting to choose selections that might be lesser known. It’s my hour, my picks! I hope you enjoy them!
Don’s show is well-planned and varied! There will be music ranging from grungy electronics to classic soaring symphonic themes by composers Hans Zimmer, Gordy Haab, Stephen Barton, Daniel Deluxe, Mick Gordon and John Williams.
Enjoy the podcast, and thanks for all of your efforts in curating this playlist, Don!
If you would like to program your own show then all you need to do is head over to our Patreon page and sign up for the CONDUCTOR TIER. We’d love to have you join the CINEMATIC SOUND RADIO PODCAST Patreon family. But don’t feel like you have to join. I’m not forcing anyone to join. Remember this podcast will always be free to listen to but if you want to support the program and join the community we’ve formed on Patreon then we’d love to have you.
Enjoy the show!
